We at ITCS – Institute of Technology and Cyber Security aim to ensure 100% satisfaction for all our learners. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Refund Conditions

• Full refunds are available only if requested within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 10% of the course content.
• No refund is applicable if the course has been completed or certification issued.
• Any promotional or discounted fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel their enrollment anytime, but refunds will apply only as per the conditions above.
• We reserve the right to cancel access in case of policy violations or fraudulent behavior.
